My collar failed to charge and sync after several uses. The good people at Aetertek NZ could not have been more helpful in arranging a replacement. We’re back in business and quite quickly. New collar doing everything it is supposed to.

I purchased the ecollars and controller to control barking and anti-social behaviour. Although I had not had an opportunity to embed the training, both dogs have had an improvement in behaviour. Barking has decreased. I have not used the stimulus setting at all with the tone (for positive behaviour) and vibrate (for negative behaviour) working really well.
After taking on an over enthusiastic 10 month old puppy, I was recommended this product. It’s a little plasticky, however, it works a treat. The beep is fairly ineffective but the vibration setting has been a game changer; it’s like having a completely different dog. Can confirm it’s waterproof too 😊. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.
I just ordered a replacement remote and collar to replace a damaged 6 yr old remote. Collars still going strong. Good to see some improvements in the size of the charging port to make it more robust.
Does what it says. Runs flat fast so having an extra is good

I purchased this collar for my Malinois shepherd who would bark when we left him at home or in our trucks and have found it to be very effective. I have had no problems with the collar at all but did however put the device onto a leather collar as our dog broke the original one going through the wires on the fence and getting it caught. The model I have is now three years old and still goes no problems. I only need to use it occasionally as a reminder for our 3 year old dog. I have had friends borrow it to correct behavior in older dogs with great success. I do suggest if you dont know how to train a dog properly you seek professional advice on how to use these collars correctly. They are a great training aid when used correctly and the dogs respond very fast and bad habits are broken very speedily. I have only had to shock my dog a handful of time over the 3 year period. Would highly recommended this brand when used correctly.
